SAMVĀD: Partners advised Sauce, in their investment in the Series A funding round of Uni Seoul, with the company raising approximately USD 3.6 million in the fundraise, led by Sauce and Riverwalk Holdings.

The company is engaged in the business of sale of lifestyle products under an omnichannel retail brand.

The Samvad team consisting of Partner Gauri Khanna and Associate Aditi Bose, were involved in the transaction.
