He represents clients before various fora including High Courts, National Company Law Tribunal,  District Courts & Commercial Courts. Aakash is recognised for his ability to conduct and argue complex matters before courts.

Aakash is also proactively involved in advising on risk mitigation strategies including components for robust commercial and employment contracts that reduce litigation exposure.
