Aditya specialises in litigation related to Indirect Taxes and General Commercial Disputes including trust and estate litigation. He has extensive experience in representing clients on commodity classification disputes. Some of the rulings that he was part of have become the guiding norm for future disputes.  Aditya regularly appears before the Supreme Court, High Courts, NCLT, NCLAT and Biodiversity Authorities. In a career spanning 13 years, Aditya has worked with various Fortune 500 companies from sectors like IT/ITES, Telecommunications, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, Manufacturing as well as PSU clients.

Prior to joining Samvad Aditya ran a private practice for a brief period and was a Partner at Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan.

Aditya holds a B.A., LL.B. (Hons) degree from National Law Institute University, Bhopal (2010). He is admitted to practice law in India.

Beyond work, Aditya is a cinephile and loves to discuss movies across genres. At home, he spends most of his time in the company of his three lovely dogs and enjoys pampering them.
