Ashwini Vittalachar was instrumental in establishment of the New Delhi office of the Firm. She has more than a decade’s experience in advising a variety of clients on a wide range of private equity and venture capital investments, mergers and acquisitions (both domestic and cross border) and joint ventures.
Ashwini holds a BAL-LL.B. degree from the University Law College, Bangalore, (2006) and LL.M. from the Law School, University of Chicago (2007). Ashwini is admitted to practice law in India and has also been a visiting faculty at O.P. Jindal Global Law School. Ashwini has contributed articles on several topics at national and international fora, including on private equity and employment laws. She is admitted to practice law in India.
Apart from the law, Ashwini loves road trips. She is also an avid foodie, enjoys Carnatic music and yoga.
