Vishnu is a Partner at the Bengaluru office of the firm and has over 9 years of experience, working primarily in the areas of venture capital, private equity and mergers and acquisitions.

He has also advised several reputed domestic and foreign investors on exits from their India investments. In addition, Vishnu has advised several startups and companies on structuring of their businesses and assisted them with day-to-day operational affairs and legal requirements.

​He also has significant experience in areas such as fintech, e-commerce and information technology.

​Vishnu has a bachelor’s degree in law from Gujarat National Law University, 2013 and a Master of Law and Business with a Specialisation in Entrepreneurship from the Bucerius Law School, 2020.

In his free time, Vishnu enjoys playing tennis and street photography.
