Geniemode raises $50 Mn in Series C round led by Multiples and Fundamentum

Samvad Partners advised The Fundamentum Partnership Fund - II, Multiples Private Equity Fund IV and Multiples Private Equity Gift Fund IV (managed by Multiples Alternate Asset Management Private Limited) in their significant investments in Geniemode, in the Series C funding round of $ 50 Million, through primary investments and secondary acquisitions. This round also saw backing by prominent early investor of Geniemode.

Geniemode is a global B2B e-commerce startup specializing in provision of global supply chain solutions to large brands and retailers. This investment will enable Geniemode to further expand its international network and strengthen its sourcing and supply chain solution including provisioning of design-to-delivery solutions to global brands and retailers.
