Samvad Partners advised Edelweiss Discovery Fund - Series I a fund and operated and managed by EAAA Alternatives, in its investment in one of India's largest D2C jewellery brand 'Giva' in the Series C funding round, led by reputed private equity firms Creaegis and PI Opportunities Fund II. The funds will be used to expand Giva’s offline and digital presence, enhance its tech-enabled supply chain, and grow its lab-grown diamond and gold jewellery segments.
