Samvad Partners advised Stride Ventures with its investment of INR 20 Crore in Flat White Capital Private Limited (indiagold)

Stride Ventures subscribed to non-convertible debentures and partly paid-up shares issued by the Company.

The Company, by way of its platform Indiagold, is in the business of providing gold-related financial products and services, including but not limited to loans against gold, digital gold products, gold accumulation or savings products and any other financial services, fintech products, lending activities, and marketplace services.
