We are pleased to announce that Samvad Partners advised WEH Ventures II and WEH Ventures III (SEBI registered alternative investment funds) on its follow-on investment of approximately INR 6.9 crore in the AlphaWave Technologies Private Limited (“𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲”) in continuation of its investments in series seed and series A rounds previously. The Company raised approximately INR 131 crores through the issuance of series B compulsorily convertible preference shares to WEH Ventures among other investors.

The Company operates as a provider of cyber insurance products and digital security monitoring services.
