Pratik Patnaik brings extensive experience in both domestic and cross-border acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital transactions, specializing in regulated sectors such as insurance, financial services, and non-banking financial services.

Pratik advises on a wide range of employment law matters, including structuring human resource strategies, employment benefits, human resource policies, handling employee exits, disputes, and providing strategic pre-dispute advisory related to employment issues.

Beyond his core expertise, Pratik has supported the firm’s disputes team on various litigations, including employment disputes, commercial suits, and constitutional cases which adds a unique perspective to his transactional work.

Pratik actively contributes thought leadership through articles in prominent publications such as FirstPost, Wire, BloombergQuint, The Print, and Newslaundry. He holds a BBA, LL.B. from Symbiosis Law School, Pune (2016), and is admitted to practice law in India.
