Samvad Partners acted as transaction counsel and advised Blissclub, Eight Roads and Elevation Capital in Blissclub's Pre-Series B fund raise. Blissclub raised an approximate capital of USD 3.8 million in the funding round, led by Eight Roads and Elevation Capital. Blissclub is engaged in the business of retail sale of active lifestyle apparel, accessories and related products and services.
