Samvad Partners advised 8i Ventures, in their investment in the bridge financing round of Boba Bhai Ventures Private Limited. Boba Bhai raised approximately USD 4.3 million in the funding round, led by 8i Ventures.

Boba Bhai is engaged in the business of tech-enabled quick service restaurant chain for bubble teas and Korean burgers.

The Samvad team consisting of Partners Junaira Rahman and Gauri Khanna and Associates Aditi Bose and Vedika Kakar, were involved in the transaction.
