Samvad Partners advised 8i Ventures, in their investment in the Series B funding round of TransBnk - Transaction Banking Platform Solutions Private Limited

Transbnk raised an approximate of INR 210 Cr, through both primary and secondary acquisition of shares.

The Company is engaged in the business of providing technology services to its customers, i.e. NBFCs, fintech entities, banks, and other organizations, for integrating various digital workflows and processes between such organizations through its platform.

The Samvad team consisting of Partners Junaira Rahman and Gauri Khanna and Associate Aditi Bose, were involved in the transaction.
