Samvad Partners advised EAAA Alternatives and Spark Asset Management, on their investment in Kusumgar as part of their INR 342 Crore pre-IPO fund-raise, through both primary issuance and secondary acquisitions, ahead of the company's public debut.

The fund-raise was co-led by Motilal Oswal, WhiteOak Capital and other investors.

The Company is involved in manufacturing of woven, coated and laminated synthetic, engineered fabrics and offers synthetic engineered fabrics and solutions that cater to the high performance requirements of its customers across the world.

The Samvad team, consisting of Partners Junaira Rahman and Gauri Khanna, and Associates Akash Arya, Aditi Bose, Soumya Kumari and Pritha Banerjee were involved in the transaction.
