We are pleased to announce that Samvad Partners acted as the transaction counsel to: Warmup Ventures, CDM Capital Fund I and Ristara Foods, in connection with the Company’s funding round aggregating to INR 10.82 crore.

The Company primarily operates quick service restaurants (QSRs) under the brand name ‘Babai Tiffins’, offering pure vegetarian South Indian food specializing in authentic Andhra cuisine.

The Samvad team, consisting of Partner Gauri Khanna, Senior Associate Hemanth Joseph Kadamthode, and Associates Naman Sharma, Divyansh Ganjoo and Mudit Sharma, were involved in the transaction.
